Text Message Appointment Reminder Service
We operate an appointment reminder service in the form of a text message to your moblie phone where you should receive a text up to 24 hours before, with your appointment details on.  If we have your mobile number already, you will automatically be registered to receive these text messages but, if you would prefer to opt out of these reminders, please let us know so we can exclude you from this service.

Telephone Appointments
You can also book a telephone appointment with a doctor or nurse - when you call to book an appointment, please ask the receptionist more details.

Doctor Appointments
Routine appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals. In special circumstances 20 minute appointments are available. Please tell the receptionist if you think you need a 20 minute appointment.

Urgent Doctor
This service is for URGENT medical problems - problems that can not wait for the next available routine doctor appointment.

Only the urgent problem will be dealt with during the consultation - any other issues will need a seperate routine appointment.

This service runs every weekday on a 'first come, first serve' basis.  If there is a long wait, it is because the patients before you have urgent medical probelms as you do, that require immediate attention.

Occasionally the doctor may be called out in an emergency, thereby increasing the waiting time to be seen.
