Admin Assistant (Occupational Health)

Hours:30 hours per week (4 days)
Salary:

£16,283 - £17,550 per annum, pro rata

Actual salary based on 30hrs per week = £12,948 - £14,040 per annum
Contract: Permanent (subject to 6 month probation period)
Start date:August 2019

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work in our Occupational Health department, in a very busy and demanding role that includes a variety of clerical/secretarial duties and regular liaison with external organisations and third parties. Essential skills required include a good telephone manner, experience dealing with the public, typing skills, communication skills and 5 GCSEs/O Levels at grade C or above (including Maths and English). Experience of audio typing desirable, but not essential.

Immunisations Nurse (Occupational Health)

Hours:Part-time, 2-3 days per week 
Salary:£12.46 per hour
Contract: Fixed term; 4-6 months
Start date:Mid/end August 2019

We are looking for a qualified nurse to work within our Occupational Health Department www.umsoccupationalhealth.co.uk to undertake healthcare induction appointments, produce fitness certificates and to provide immunisations and phlebotomy to staff and students requiring these interventions for their work or placements.  

You would be part of a small, friendly team.  Full training would be given.
