During this time you will not be able to request repeat medication online other than using this online form. For this period, we can only print prescriptions for collection. We will be unable to send any prescriptions electronically to any pharmacy. If you need your prescription to be sent in this way, please order by 28.07.22 at the latest.
Some advanced booking of routine appointments may be limited – you may be asked to call back at a later date. Urgent clinics will remain unaffected and operate daily.
Patient Access Website
If you currently have an account with Patient Access this will no longer allow you to access any online services from 29.07.22. We suggest using the NHS App for all future online services from 10.08.22. The NHS App can be used on smartphones as well as desk top PCs, tablets and laptops.
