Parking

Please park in the main car park and bring your parking token with you so reception can validate it.

If you are unable to park in the main car park, there are a few designated parking bays on University Drive (you will need to get a permit from reception to park here otherwise you may get clamped) and there are disabled parking bays directly outside the main entrance.

Tell Us What You Think of Our Services

We are always looking for ways to improve the services it offers to patients. To do this effectively, the practice needs to know what you think about the services you receive. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet your expectations plus any ideas and suggestions you may have. Only by listening to you can the practice continue to build and improve upon the service it offers.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours

Telephone number: 111
111 is a free NHS telephone number (from both landlines and mobile phones) which you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  When the practice is closed, please ring this number for advice. You can find out more about 111 by visiting www.nhs.uk/111

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
