MUMPS OUTBREAK: Mumps in the UK are at a 10 year high.  The full MMR vaccine (2 doses) can reduce the severity of this infectious disease if you do contract it.  It is FREE on the NHS. If you have not had the vaccine, call us to book.  Further information: www.nhs.uk/conditions/mumps

Appointments

Please note: we do not conduct email consultations and will not be able to assist with medical problems by email, unless the doctor has specifically requested information from you by email.  If you are a patient and have a query or concern regarding your healthcare, please make an appointment by phoning 01603 251600 or use Patient Access (click on link above)

Please note: Ante-natal appointments & blood testsPlease call reception to book, as special clinics are arranged for these. Please do not book into any other clinic for these appointments as they will need to be re-arranged.

Doctor Appointments

Routine appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals. In special circumstances 20 minute appointments are available. Please tell the receptionist if you think you need a 20 minute appointment. 

Telephone Appointments

You can also book a telephone appointment with a doctor or nurse - when you call to book an appointment, please ask the receptionist for more details. These are 5 minute appointments. 

Text Message Appointment Reminder Service

We operate an appointment reminder service in the form of a text message to your mobile phone where you should receive a text up to 24 hours before, with your appointment details on.  If we have your mobile number already, you will automatically be registered to receive these text messages but, if you would prefer to opt out of these reminders, please let us know so we can exclude you from this service.
