If you would like someone to collect a prescription on your behalf, please let us know.
Prescriptions are classed as part of your medical record and subject to Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality, therefore without the consent of a nominated person(s) to collect them in your absence, we will not be able to hand them over. You only have to let us know once and we will add their details to your record. If you wish to alter your nominated person(s) please let us know.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
