If you’re a patient at our practice you can use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access your records and other services on your smartphone or tablet.
Online Patient Record Access
Patients aged 16 years old and over can apply to have access to view, export or print, some of the information held in their own medical record. This access is subject to stringent ID checks and information may be withheld where appropriate.
If you would like access to online services, please speak to reception.
Parents may request access to their child’s record until their eleventh birthday, when access to the child’s medical record will then be retracted. For those aged between 11-15 years old (inclusive), online access is not available.
